We have started our journey in 2008 with industrial training activity and education by physical exercises for standard companies to help their employees up to date. Later on, with more exposure we have stepped onto Fire and Safety, Workplace safety, and Hazardous free environment training which were not much familiar at that time. First stepping stone was with name of Al Salama School of safety Studies.
Al Salama School of safety Studies has been accredited as a Learning Partner of NEBOSH (National Examination Board for Occupational Safety and Health LP No 1010) UK in 2013 for their International General Certification (commonly called IGC) training, globally accepted qualification for Safety Officer profile. Nebosh UK is an awarding body for various health and safety training programs with scotia quality control approved certification of qualification for occupational health and safety environment. The first stepping stone was very success and paved more association with bigger companies as well as many training programs. In 2017 we got accreditation from IOSH (Institution of Occupation Safety and Health LP No 4036) United Kingdom. We have expanded our services to across Kerala region, started corporate office at Thrissur, followed by branches at Thiruvananthapuram in 2018 and Cochin 2019. New branch on pipeline at Thalasseri Kannur District by December 2021.

Al Salama College of Logistics and Management is a new venture of Al Salama group of Institutions started in December 2019 with a vision of the management on vocational training experiments for Logistics, Supply chain and Shipping management accredited to NCVTE of India in 2019 KE/20/146. 
This qualification is aimed at producing entry-level employees who intend to pursue careers in the field of transportation and supply chain management.
A Diploma certificate is at all times signifies that the adequate vocational training has been acquired through the real-time phase.   A learning process from Industry specialized hands on with Research & Development will navigate the pupils in such specialized area and give an efficient way to learn valuable professional domestic and international exposure.

In Logistics and Supply chain, Shipping environment is the widest employment environment in domestic and International with good remuneration. 
Al Salama Institute of Medical Coding (ASIMC) is another venture into certificate training on American Academy for Professional Coders called AAPC of Certified professional Coder CPC- certification started in January 2020.  This training is the translation of healthcare diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universally accepted medical alphanumeric codes. Medical coders are the individuals responsible for translating physicians’ reports into useful medical codes.
